The built in Bulletin Board can serve as a panel where participants can freely and at length discuss the issues that may arise from the problem raised by you.

Helpdesk is a tool, which helps you record your service request & check on its status. You can interact with our engineers who will work with you and provide solutions to your technical queries.
Bulletin Board allows you to create forums & invite members to pool in their ideas / suggestions.
In addition to initiating a panel discussion, you can also join an ongoing forum and post your inference. All forum content is stored for future use and reference. Access to forums can be controlled by invitation, ensuring high level of secrecy.
